The story, briefly
medology did not start in a lab. It started with listening — conversations with more than 1,500 people worried about their hair, over three years. What we kept hearing: “I’ve tried so many things and don’t know what works”, “too many pills, I forget”, and “nobody tells me when to see a doctor”. So a team of hair specialists, researchers and pharmacists set three rules: every ingredient needs a reason; it must be small enough to do every day; and we must say so when what you need is a doctor, not another bottle.
The path so far
- 2023Began listening to and recording questions from people worried about their hair
- 2024Reviewed 112+ studies; drafted the U-TURN formula with pharmacists
